  Directions

  Take 3 tablets daily, preferably in divided doses, with food or at bedtime.

  Each serving of 3 Tablets contains:

  Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol)		25 mcg (1,000 IU)
  Calcium (elemental) (from Aquamin® Seaweed Derived Minerals and Calcium Citrate)		400 mg
  Magnesium (elemental) (from Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Taurinate, Magnesium Citrate and Aquamin® Seaweed Derived Minerals)		800 mg
  Zinc (elemental) (from L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine)		15 mg

  Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil], Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
