  Each tablet contains:

  Total magnesium		363 mg
  Ziziphus (Zizyphys jujube var spinosa) extract dry conc.		250 mg
  equiv. dry seed		5 g
  Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract dry conc.		300 mg
  equiv. dry root		1.2 g
  Hops (Humulus lupulus) extract dry conc.		40 mg
  equiv. dry fruit		200 mg

  • Valerian may harm the liver in some people. if you experience yellowing of the skin eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pan, and or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.
