Description

Dolomed Ibuprofen Sodium Pain Relief provides temporary relief of pain and or inflammation associated with headache, migraine headache, tension headache, muscular pain, symptoms of cold & flu, period pain, dental pain, sinus pain, back pain or arthritic pain. It also reduces fever.

Directions

Take with water.

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets initially, then 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 7 to 12 years (22 to 41 kg): 1 tablet to be taken every 6 to 8 hours, when required, up to four times daily. Maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Ingredients

Each film coated tablet contains:

Ibuprofen Sodium Dihydrate		256mg
equiv. Ibuprofen		200mg

Warnings

Do not use in children under 7 years.

Do not use Dolomed Ibuprofen Sodium:

• If you have a stomach ulcer.
• If you are allergic to other anti-inflammatory medicines.
• In excess of the maximum stated dose.
• During the last 3 months of pregnancy.

• Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use Dolomed Ibuprofen Sodium:

  • If you are aged 65 years or over.
  • If you have asthma.
  • If you are allergic to aspirin or ibuprofen.
  • For more than a few days at a time.
  • With other medicines you are taking regularly.
  • If trying to become pregnant, or during the first 6 months of pregnancy.
  • If you have kidney problems or impaired renal function.
