  Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

  Each Tablet contains:

  Iodine (elemental) (from 30 mg Organic Kelp) (Laminaria spp.) (Whole Plant)		150 mcg

  Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetarian Coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil] and Ascorbyl Palmitate.

  Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

  Natural color variation may occur in this product.
